What makes music from GoldDisc so special?
We have prepared our libraries to ensure that radio stations can import them with minimum effort and maximum useful data. Not only have all tracks been checked for inappropriate language, but they have also been mastered to uniform audio levels...and all come with powerful metadata. This means that most playout systems will import the music with intro times, fade points, and whether the song has a cold end or a fade.
How large are the files for a typical format library?
All music is supplied as uncompressed wave files, meaning a typical track is 35 megabytes. As a result, a pre-selected library is typically 35 to 40 gigabytes.
Can I select individual tracks?
Yes – contact us for access to our online selection system. Choose the tracks you need to fill holes in your library or to replace substandard recordings in your playout system. Once you’ve made your choices, you can forward your list to us directly within the system.

I’m a nightclub DJ / music enthusiast, can I purchase GoldDisc?
No. This service is strictly for radio stations that hold current music broadcast licenses.
Do you still supply GoldDisc on CD?
No. GoldDisc is now an online system. We know how much the GoldDisc CDs were loved, but this is a much quicker way of loading your music into your playout system.
How do you deliver the music?
Delivery is usually online, however shipping on a USB USB thumb-drive is also available.
What will be the naming format of the files?
You can choose. We can name them “Artist – Title” or we can give each one a number, starting from the number of your choice. This option can be useful if you know the cart number range you’ll be using on your playout system.
How does payment work?
Once we’ve received your order and you have signed our indemnity forms to confirm that you hold the relevant broadcast licenses, our team will send you an invoice with a payment link on it. You can pay online with a credit/debit card, organize a bank payment, or send a check to our office in Dallas, Texas.
When will I receive my songs?
Typically, you’ll receive a link for your songs within 2 business days of making payment. If you’ve requested delivery via USB stick, allow two business days for delivery.
